Standard Delivery is charged on orders as follows:

Items in stock at our warehouse facility are despatched within 3 days from receipt of order. Due to current high demand and the speciality of some products, items not in stock at our warehouse facility will be despatched direct from the manufacturer within 7-10 days from receipt of order.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail. You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and will not get to you if you make a spelling mistake.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, beginning on the day you receive your goods. If the goods have already been despatched, they must be returned to us in an unused condition. If you want to cancel an order please contact us

We do not pay carriage for goods returned due to ordering incorrect size and/or colour.

WARRANTY RETURNS
We reserve the right to charge any costs incurred in delivery charges for warranty replacements. International Warranty replacements will have to pay the courier charges before the warranty replacement is sent. The warranty is with the Manufacturer and not Junior Golfers. If you wish to make use of your rights under this warranty, you must return the defective item to our premises, at your own cost.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at sales@juniorgolfers.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
